Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Support the HR team in implementing performance management programs and processes.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paycom is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
