*Quality Hotel & Suites at The Falls is seeking to hire experienced Housekeeping Manager to assist, support and direct all daily housekeeping responsibilities.
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the facilities are clean and meet brand standards while motivating and encouraging our housekeeping team.
This individual is expected to make a detailed inspection of rooms providing housekeeping attendants have the tools they need to do their jobs, and ensuring guest rooms are cleaned to meet proper brand standards promptly.
* *Responsibilities* * Greet and acknowledge all guests.
* Inspect rooms as assigned after they have been cleaned and vacant to ensure everything is up to Quality Hotel & Suites standards.
Inspection must be to the standard set by Housekeeping Manager * Inspect rooms after departure to report any damage or issues; notify maintenance department of any needed repairs or unsafe conditions.
* Inspect all common areas, including lobby, guest bathrooms, stairwells, lounge areas, elevators, etc.
* Replace items that are damaged or missing * Maintain linen and amenity supplies * Ensure rooms are guest ready before arrival * Assign rooms to be cleaned * Monitor housekeepers to ensure they complete their assigned rooms within the allotted time.
* Work with housekeeping team to resolve any cleaning issues * Respond to guest complaints and special requests and take actions to ensure guest satisfaction * Complete all daily documentation keep track of inventory; communicate supplies needed.
* Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas * Train and motivate housekeeping staff * Assist with daily and deep cleaning as needed * Administration tasks will include: creating weekly schedules, performance assessments and other misc paperwork as needed.
