* *_Experience Grooming Dogs in a professional setting is required.
_* *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Grooming all breeds of dogs * Performing drying and brushing * Nail clipping * Teeth brushing * Ear trimming * Sanitary trims * Answering phones, making appointments * Greeting and assisting canine clients and their parents * Monitoring canine customers for signs of distress and/or disease * Lifting and/or moving heavy pets and objects as needed * This position requires providing for the comfort of our clients and sanitation of the facility by keeping the grooming area clean and odor free.
This is an essential part of the daily routine and includes mopping, scrubbing, and disinfecting.
Cleaning up client accidents is also required.
Cleaning is a major part of every position at Canine and Company.
