Ellicott Hotels is in search of Front desk associates to join our hospitality team at the Comfort Inn & Suites across from the Buffalo Airport and deliver exceptional customer service.
We are seeking friendly, outgoing guest service oriented candidates that must have the ability to be an effective part of a team, communicate clearly in person and on the phone, and give outstanding customer service working with both guests and all visitors to our busy downtown property.
* Welcomes guest and pays particular attention to assigned room type, special requests, rate, all while exhibiting an inviting, friendly, and helpful “Glad You’re here” personality, attitude and sets an example for guest service representatives to uphold.
* Performs any combination of following duties for guests of hotel: Greets, register and assigns rooms to guests.
* Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms, advance reservations, and up selling techniques to maximize revenue.
* Promptly follows up on guest complaints and requests with the appropriate person or department.
* Develops the ability to resolve minor complaints to the satisfaction of the guests.
We are looking for part time candidates for the evening 3-11 shifts with weekend availability mandatory.
Also have weekend overnight shifts available.
