Customer Service Representative - Loan Verification

This is a great opportunity for those who have experience working with customers but are ready to take the next step in their career! *The Job:* Our agents receive calls from potential customers for a well-known loan servicer who need their documentation verified for their loan submission.
The goal is to help the customers and the company approve or deny loans based upon the customers documentation.
This is an inbound customer service role responsible for handling customers financial documents.

We work two Saturdays per month (9a-6p).
No other weekend requirements.

There are rarely any changes in schedule.

*The Training:* New hires receive 2 weeks of classroom training from 8:30am - 5:00pm, then two weeks of on-the-job training.
We have training classes starting *Tuesday April 9th, 2024.
