Harris Hill Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, responsible and energetic individual to join our team and to provide the highest level of client service and patient care.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
Our receptionists set the first impression with our clients and patients; therefore, applicants must be friendly, professional, and courteous, and must love people and their pets! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm during stressful situations.
Our receptionists are responsible for managing phone lines, checking patients in and out for appointments, processing payments, data entry, scheduling appointments and helping to educate pet owners.

Experience in a veterinary hospital or related medical field preferred, but not required.
We will provide paid, on the job training.
Work Schedule- Average weekly 36-40 hours.
