Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team.
As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations.
This position requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, such as vans, limousines, motor coaches, and paratransit vehicles
- Transport passengers to and from designated locations, following predetermined routes and schedules
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle, ensuring a comfortable environment for passengers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its proper functioning
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
Skills:
- Commercial driving experience, preferably as a van driver or school bus driver
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with shuttle driving procedures and protocols
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or other navigation tools
- Knowledge of motor coach operations is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
