*Job description* Job Description – CDL A Driver w/ Bobcat Experience for 2nd Shift Looking for an experienced Class A CDL Driver who is energetic, personable and safe to work for Royal Oak Recycling, one of the largest independent recycling companies in the Midwest.
You should enjoy meeting people and be familiar with area nuances, such as back roads and traffic patterns.
You must have consistent and reliable attendance and practice Safety First, Last and Always! * Route Work * Flexible Schedule * Moffett Experience Required Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * This position is 2nd shift.
* This position requires a combination of dry van/drop and hook and use of a ramp trailer - loading, strapping and securing loads w/ a Bobcat.
* Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 4:30 AM * Home daily * Day Cab and 53' Trailer OR Day Cab and Ramp Trailer/Bobcat Combo * Pre and post trip inspections required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Two years of prior experience as a CDL A driver * Able to operate a Bobcat MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * One year of prior experience driving commercial trucks as a CDL A flatbed driver or equivalent military experience.
* 6 months of experience operating a bobcat, forklift or Moffett * You MUST be able to travel interstate routes * Class A Commercial Driver’s License * Acceptable driving record.
* Legally eligible to work in the United States * Valid DOT Medical Card/ Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen.
* Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
* Mobility requirements include – sitting, standing, bending, repetitive motion of arms and legs.
