Driver

*Summary/Objective* The truck driver position is expected to work as a valued member of the shipping, receiving and warehouse operations.
This job will primarily consist of local and international (Canadian) deliveries & pickups using a 26’ Box Truck.
The position also includes general warehouse work.

Operate company-owned and leased straight trucks over 4 tons to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
Must be able to cross the border into Canada.
Operate trucks for the delivery and pickup.
Perform required before-, during- and after-operation “user maintenance” and provide required reports.
Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
Maintain and protect all property in excellent condition.
Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.

*Work Environment:* This job operates in a production and ware house setting.
The driver is often exposed to the outdoors.
This job will require you to cross the Canadian boarder.

*Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:* This is a part-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 12pm-6pm.
*Travel:* Travel is expected to pick up/ deliver products.
*Required Education and Experience:* 1.
High school diploma or GED 2.
DOT Certified 3.
US Passport or Enhanced License *Preferred Education and Experience:* 3+ years’ experience as a truck driver *Additional Eligibility Qualifications:* None required for this position.
