The truck driver position is expected to work as a valued member of the shipping and receiving operations team.
This job will primarily consist of local vehicle operations involving positioning and moving product between warehouse and retail stores.
On occasion, the deliveries will be required throughout the region Erie, Chautauqua county and Canada).
*Essential Duties*
· Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
· Operate company-owned and leased trucks over 4 tons to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
· Operate trucks for the delivery, pick-up, and relocation of product and materials.
· Perform required before-during and after operation “user maintenance” and provide required reports weekly.
· Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pick-up operations.
· Operate all MHE
· Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
· Maintain and protect all property in excellent condition.
· Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
· Must pass annual MVR.

*Position type and expected hours of work*
This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
Summer hours may be less.
4th Quarter weekend hours may be required.
*Travel*
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area and overnight travel may be expected at the company’s discretion.
*Preferred Education and experience*
· 1 or more years of experience as a truck driver
· High School diploma or GED
· Customer Service Experience
