_Warehouse Coordinator/Driver _
We are an HVAC (Trane) distributor located in Williamsville, NY.
Seeking a Warehouse Coordinator/Driver responsible for incoming shipments and assisting with outgoing deliveries of HVAC equipment and parts, utilizing forklift, pallet jack, box truck, and van.
Monday - Friday
7:30 am - 4:30 pm
*Responsibilities:*
* Responsible for shipping and receiving, unloading trucks with a forklift and pallet jack, and accurately checking in equipment and parts utilizing a handheld scanner.
* Responsible for efficient and effective warehousing of product.
* Responsible for the overall safety, efficiency, and cleanliness of the work environment
* Delivers parts and equipment to our dealer network as necessary
* Assists in the counting of physical inventory.
* Exhibits excellent customer service and communication skills over the phone, in-person, and via email.
*Required:*
* Prior forklift experience
* Valid NYS Driver's License (CDL is NOT required)
* Basic computer skills, including email and order entry system/bar code scanner
* Experience driving a 26' box truck
* Excellent customer service skills
* Punctual, dependable, and reliable
* Must be self-motivated
* Must be safety conscious
