```Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Off Driver to join our team.
As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating roll off trucks to transport and deliver materials to designated locations.
This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting and mechanical knowledge.
Duties:
- Safely operate roll off trucks to pick up and deliver materials
- Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure trucks are in proper working condition
- Secure loads using straps, chains, or tarps
- Maneuver trucks into tight spaces and navigate through traffic
- Communicate with dispatch to receive instructions and update on job status
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably with experience operating roll off trucks or similar vehicles
- Familiarity with flatbed, front loader truck, rear loader truck, tractor-trailer, and dump truck operations
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Ability to safely operate heavy machinery and equipment
