School Bus Driver/Trainer

*WNY Bus Co at our WNY terminals in Blasdell and Depew is looking for experienced School Bus Drivers to become part of our training team.

As a Trainer you can earn $23.
00-$28.
00 per hour and a 6-8 hour day with driving and training.
In this position you will drive a route if needed and assist with training CDL permit holders to become School Bus drivers.
* *Responsibilities:* * Drive Morning and afternoon routes * Train CDL permit holders to become School Bus Drivers (in between routes) * Train new and existing staff on safe driving protocols * May help to Facilitate Safety Meetings / Classes (as needed) *Qualifications:* * Must have a valid, clean Class B driver's license with a P and S endorsements * 5+ years School Bus driving experience required * Flexible hours (Saturdays as needed) * SBDI Certification is a plus * 19A examiner license is a plus Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * 401K Schedule: * Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: WNY Bus Co is adhering to all guidelines & precautions required by the CDC for the safety and well-being of our employees & the customers we service.
