Position Summary Details
The Rental Car Driver drives vehicles to and from assigned locations.
Depending on the contractual need, this could be around airport grounds, or it could be from a nearby rental car facility.
Essential Functions
Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates
Employee is further responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc
Complies with all safety, security, compliance and safety standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Responsibilities
Drives vehicles within and/or between rental locations
Inspects vehicles on a regular basis to find any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
Immediately reports any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
Will be trained to drive Large Passenger Vehicles (SUV’s, Van, Pickups, etc)
Performs pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions, compliance with proper safety standards
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must maintain Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
