*Hiring Truck Drivers:*

*Requirements:*
* 23 years of age or older
* 2 years of verifiable semi-truck driving experience
* Must possess a current Class A CDL
* No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
* No major/serious violations in the last 5 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over the speed limit, reckless/careless driving, Driving Under the Influence (DUI, DWI), etc.
* No drug or alcohol offenses in the last 3 years
* Meet DOT requirements and be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen tests, both of which are paid for by the company
* Perform PTI and report equipment malfunction on time
* Manage your time properly to ensure on time picks and deliveries
*We Offer:*

60 per mile OR 27% from gross - your choice*
* *Our OTR Drivers AVERAGE $1,800 - $2,000 per week*
* Home Time: 2 Weeks OTR and 2 Days home - 4 weeks on the road/5 days home
* We Pay Detention Pay & Layover/Breakdown Pay
* Weekly Settlements are on Thursdays with direct deposit
* PAID vacation - Earn 1 paid week off per every year worked, up to 3 weeks
