Save The Michaels is growing and looking for *Dependable, Reliable *and *Experienced *drivers with excellent attendance to work full time/part time local from both our Buffalo and Lockport NY offices to transport people to local treatment facilities and throughout the state of NY as well as various local appointments on an as needed basis.
A clean license is a must.
Candidates must be able to do some long-distance rides, some of which may require an overnight stay at a hotel before returning to the office the next day.
Candidates are subject to background checks, fingerprinting and pre-employment drug testing.
A strong candidate would be dedicated, responsible, unflappable, nonjudgmental, and compassionate.
*Shared Lived experience with addiction/recovery a plus*.
Other duties include but not limited to;
* Assist all clients in and out of the vehicle as needed
* Maintains the appearance of the vehicle(s) by performing/scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning.
* Responds immediately and appropriately to all accidents and emergencies.
* Reports mechanical needs and repairs and assist in the coordination of necessary vehicle maintenance and repair services such as oil changes and tire rotations.
* Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
* Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all clients and co-workers.
* Adheres to all policies and procedures of Save The Michaels Of The World
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Position is Monday through Saturday (days & hours may vary)
* Primary regions are Erie & Niagara County
