* 26' Box Truck (liftgate Recommended) * Driver & Helper Insurance: Please find our insurance requirements outline below: * $1 Million in Commercial General Liability * $1 Million in Automobile Liability (Any Auto OR All Owned, Hired, and Non-Owned Auto box/boxes much be checked) * $1 Million in Workers Compensation Insurance * Note: If you are not required to carry Workers Compensation we will except $1 Million in Occupational Accident w/ Contingent Liability.
