Requirements:
•12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years.
•Will accept auto restrictions.
•Clean driving record: no more than 3 moving violations in the last three years, with restrictions on recent violations.
•All DUIs (in PMV ONLY) must be three years old.
•Automatic disqualifications for certain violations, including reckless driving, following too closely, and texting while driving.
•No DOT-recordable preventable accidents involving rear-end, jackknife, fatality, or rollover, and no preventables with major traffic violations.
