Phillips Sheet Metal LLC is looking for an exceptional, motivated individual to join our operations team.
If you are interested in learning a skilled trade in the HVAC/ mechanical contracting industry, we would like to help that happen.
As an installer helper you will be expected to learn how to perform quality installation and mechanical work.
You will be responsible for pickup and delivery of materials and equipment.
You will be involved in facility maintenance as well as shop fabrication, as needed.
You will be a part of our team, installing primarily commercial HVAC equipment, duct-work and piping systems.
You will be expected to follow all company guidelines, take care of all company property, and present yourself in a professional manner at all times, and follow our health and safety protocols.
We are looking for hard-working, mechanically minded, dedicated people to join our growing company.
A willingness to learn is essential.
