Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team.
As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations.
This position requires excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate different types of trucks, including flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and delivery trucks
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other equipment as necessary
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operation and manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with route driving and efficient navigation methods
- Ability to operate a forklift or other loading/unloading equipment is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
