Horse Boarding - $400 (Medina)

Board includes: -24/7 access to a large 12x24 lean to/in shed to get out of The weather and come and go as they please -brand new flex fencing with 4 hot wires, and easy latch gates - mud control in the front half of all paddocks -automatic waterers in every paddock so water is cool and fresh and clean all summer! And never freezes in the winter! -daily feeding of grain (tribute Kalm Ultra) offered for extra cost (paid for by owner provided by barn) and any supplements provided by owner - SUPER friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Horses are well looked after and well fed.
We treat them as our own, if you cannot come out to blanket your horse and want a blanket on in the bad weather we are happy to help by taking them off or putting them on if you can’t get out! - a place to store your tack and 4 sets of indoor cross ties in a separate barn for boarders from lesson kids.
-a place to store 2 horse coats.
-an outdoor wash rack - 54 foot round pen for lunging or riding -70 x 140 gorgeous clearspan indoor riding arena with footing that never freezes or gets dusty! It also has a viewing area with a heater to plug-in for guests to watch! And both arenas are all dragged 3-4x per week! -80 x 150 outdoor arena with excellent drainage.
Even after the heaviest of rain the footing is dry and ready to ride! -trails on the property! -trainer for horse and rider on site offering any lessons if needed or wanted 3 days a week.
