Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with friendly customer relations abilities, looking for an in-office setting, able to work 30 to 40 hours per week during normal workday hours to join our team.
The qualified candidate will report to the Owner - Paul Notaro, Attorney at Law in his small local law firm, consisting of 3 total team members.
The ability to multi-task and maintain a strong attention to detail is expected.

We expect the best fit candidate will acquire on-the-job training in small business law, wills and estates, real estate and various other legal activities that can develop into a Legal Assistant role over time.
Must be able to work in an environment with emotional support dog(s) present in the office.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Screen incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with a high volume of calls, handle general questions and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
* The office experiences moderate client traffic where duties include, but not exclusive of, office/receptionist duties; incoming/outgoing mail, receiving visitors/customers, scheduling appointments, and assure all needs are met to have a productive client meeting.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars of the team.
* Will maintain the overall professional appearance of the office.
Skills:
* Work experience as an Administrative Assistant or clerk in a small office helpful, law office a definite plus.
* Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines a plus.
* Willingness to do research to find the answers.
* Efficient use of time, taking accountability for their responsibilities at all times.
* Clear communication skills is critical, both verbal and written.
* Hands on experience with MS Office, mainly Word and basic familiarity with Outlook, Excel and Internet research skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information (inside and outside the office)
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Associates Degree a plus
