Grey and Black cat (Cheetowaga, NY)

My cat escaped the house a few nights ago and hasen't returned.
Neighborhood is Tollitson and Kemp Ave area.
Would like to get him back.
Cat has a respritory ailment.
He will sneeze a bunch of times in a row at times.
Also he is neutered.
His name is stitch.
