Fender FA100 Acoustic guitar great condition - $100

If you are not a guitarist or a beginner player then you are probably not aware that many guitars sold on facebook and craigslist are broken, in a matter of speaking.
Many are left in corners and stored in bad conditions such as over humidified or under humidified spaces.
Guitars need maintenance at least 4 times a year or they can become unplayable junk that will not hold their value nor motivate the player to learn.
I am a guitar player and guitar tech of 20+ years and have set this guitar up for success.
The neck is adjusted, the strings are new, the frets are polished and the string height is correct.
This Fender is in near mint condition and with my set up is actually better than brand new because new guitars are not set up out of the factory.
Included is a strap, picks and a string tool.
There is no case but if you would like one I can add a heavy duty padded case for $40.
This instrument is christmas ready.
