The lease is have signed is $829 but the price you can see on the website currently is $819 so i’ll make up for the extra ten by sending $120 once you complete your side of the relet! The relet fee is $300 which i will pay so don’t worry about that! If you have any questions about the lease or any doubt, please let me know!
