$567 / 4br - 1730ft2 - Roommate search (Buffalo)

Hi! We are Grace and Faith (orange hair) 22 year long old women and We’re looking for a third or fourth roommate (not gender specific)to join us in our 4 bedroom house less than a mile from UB south campus, by April.
Rent is $567 if only one more person comes in but if we all decide to take in a 4th person it would be decreased to $450.
Utilities and Wi-Fi are not included in rent (ranges from $80-$100 a month for three people).
We have two cats so we’d prefer if you have pets that they’re caged animals.
We have a fenced in backyard, laundry downstairs with plenty of extra storage.
You’d get your own bedroom and access to all the living space.
1 shared bathroom :( If you are in the need for a bed we do have a brand new twin size mattress, with a 3inch mattress pad and bed frame available for use.
