Outside the entrance door to the bedroom are microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, kuerig with free pods, full size refrigerator and free spring water cooler (Your room has a double hot plate).
We also provide clean bedding and pillows.
This is a perfect location, near Evergreen Ave.
and Madison yet quiet and peaceful surrounded by natural landscaping and of course birds, bunnies and squirrels.

We are looking for a person who is employed and easy going and able to communicate; clean and gets along with people in general.
Our goal is to find someone who is not extreme with alcohol or drugs; we do allow people to smoke inside except can on the back porch or in yard.
There is no smoking in the house.
We strongly encourage recycling to keep rents low.
The rent includes everything even parking and the deposit is $450 fully refundable.
