Great for grad students and professionals.
It's in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that I love.
A 20-minute walk to SU's main campus and close to Westcott.
A few minutes drive to the co-op and Barry Park.

) I'm working remotely at the moment so I will be in the house a fair amount.

Rent is $495 plus internet and National Grid monthly, and a one-time security deposit.
