I'll have a bed and bath upstairs in the attic so we will just share the kitchen and you would share the bathroom with another roommate if we find one.
The availability of this apartment depends if we find a tenet for each room as I am also offering both rooms to one person for $500.
I will not use the living area on your floor.
Great for work from home or young professionals.

I like to keep the cooking area and kitchen clean and I'm respectful of my roommates.
Water is covered by the landlord and we will split gas/electric/internet.
