I'm a 53 year old male employed full-time cleaned respectful and responsible.
I want the same in my roommate of course.
The rent is $875 so your share would be $437 which is also equal to your share of the deposit.
It's in a very nice safe neighborhood and on a bus line if you don't have a vehicle.
