I have a nice room for rent starting April 1st.
The room is in a split plan mobile home meaning that there is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - one at each end of the mobile home so you have quite space.
With a walk-in closet.
I am a quite 35 year old woman that has lived here for over 3 years and love it!! I don't have any pets but am looking to get one (dog) soon.
The rent is $500.
00 a month except for June, July and August which is $600.
00 due to increased electric but all utilities and internet is included.
