The room is 14' 6"x 11' 2" and is with everything you will probably need; Queen Futon (bed and couch), desk with drawers, live TV Roku and remote, area rug on natural wood floor, desk chair, coffee table, two built-in dresser drawers, large closet 4'2"x 3' x 2", clean black out drapes.
Outside the entrance door to the bedroom are microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, kuerig with free pods, full size refrigerator and free spring water cooler (Your room has a double hot plate).
We also provide clean bedding and pillows.
