It’s for August 1-July 1 of next academic year.
*FEMALE ONLY* It’s a 4 bed 4 bath.
As it’s for next year, you can still pick your own roomates.
Rent is $500/month with a parking pass.
You get your own private room with a closet and bathroom with a shared living room and kitchen space all furnished.
My roommate is giving her lease as well if 2 people want to live together in the same apartment, separate rooms and bathrooms.
Sweet home has amazing amenities: a pool, gym, lounge, cinema, study area and even a shuttle to north campus.
