I live with two roommates.
I am looking to sublease my room to someone for July and August and if you wish to stay after those two months of subleasing, you could for a 1 year lease.
This is a lower 3 bedroom apartment with laundry, off street parking, and outdoor living space!
About me: I am a teacher in my mid 20s.
About the house: The house is in North Buffalo.
We have our own laundry machine and dryer in the basement.
We would share spacious commons spaces including living room, dining room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and bathroom with plenty of storage space.
Additionally, the rent is not included in the utilities.
However, we would split rent ($1400/3), utilities, and internet three ways.
About the Area: Situated behind the North Park theatre, we are steps away from the Hertel Strip and within walking distance of Spot coffee, Revolver Records, and much more.
