We are an empty nester couple and I’m a retired teacher from .
We would prefer someone who will be/or is teaching at one of The Classical Academy campuses.
We have one small dog….
a friendly Toy Australian Shepherd.
We have decks on the front and back of our home which are very private.
Our home offers a large kitchen (shared but we are really easy to share with), a large downstairs family room with a TV (also shared, but again easy to share), laundry room (shared), your own full size refrigerator and microwave downstairs close to your bedroom, and private bathroom with shower and tub.
Our 2 grown children and grandkids come over occasionally….
our son is a firefighter, our daughter is an Assistant Principal.
We are looking for a roommate who is fairly quiet but friendly, doesn’t do ANY drugs, doesn’t smoke, can have friends over but no partying and likes dogs.
We can’t accept any other pets, however….

$550 per month (includes utilities), one month security deposit.

We also have a 2nd bedroom available if you have a friend you wouldn’t mind 1 a bathroom with.
If both rooms rent, it’s $500 a month for each room and shared bathroom.
