This is not short room rental.

Just to make it clear, some people are asking me to stay for a month or two, and I am trying to explain that this is not AirBnb… Also I prefer somebody who is respectful, mature… Saying that You will need safety deposit $200, which you will get back if and when you move out, and monthly rent ($477), and the room will be ready for you to move in (as you can see on the picks).
The room is fully furnished so you are set for that, I cannot remove furnature if u have your
own.
I supply linens.
All you need is your towels, one in bathroom for u hands, and one for you to take shower.
The things that I will ask you to contribute (buy) is hand soap, toilet paper, and kitchen paper towels, but we will talk about that.
I work out of town Monday through Friday.
I come back to my apartment Saturdays and Sundays.
