Whole unit is shared which includes kitchen, 1 bathroom, laundry facilities, livingroom, off street parking, utilities anf wi-fi.
Cigarette smoking is allowed in the home, (except for in the bedrooms) and there is a outside deck for your use.
You supply your own food, toiletries and laundry supplies.
Must like dogs, I have one small dog, also dog sit part time in the home.
Must be neat and clean.
No drugs, alcohol use or parties allowed.
Room is furnished with queen bed, dresser, etc.
Must sign rental room agreement and will be asked to supply references.

Rent is $150 per WEEK and security depoist is required at $500, (total $650) to move in.
Monthly is also an option if you would like to pay monthly.
