Amenities included including a furnished room with a full sized bed, 2 dressers, a desk and chair, and closet.
You are only required to pay the $800 per month once, and everything is set for you for the month.
I am ideally looking for someone on a month-to-month basis, with the tentative range of staying approximately 3-4 months initially.

Willing to be social- we like to try to do weekly dinners with our roommate(s)
Reasonably Clean
Main Things About Me:
Quiet and Relatively Boring- after work/dinner, you can usually find me on the couch watching a movie or tv.
I am 4/20 friendly, but only outside.
I am looking at getting a dog soon, so being pet friendly would be helpful.
I would prefer no additional pets at this time.
