$675 / 3br - North Buffalo apartment - 1-2 roommates wanted (North Buffalo)

Hey! My roommate is moving out at the end of May, so I'm looking for a new one (or two).
Rent is $1375/month including water and trash removal, and split between two or more people the other utilities tend to be pretty reasonable.
There is a driveway, but it's shared with the upstairs apartment - it's North Buffalo though, so street parking is a breeze.
There's room for a bit more furniture in the common spaces with the stuff I have already, but the bedrooms will be unfurnished.
The lease is month to month, so this listing is well-suited to a grad student or someone home for the summer, but of course I'm open to all respectful applicants with steady income able to pay their share of rent.
I'd prefer a roommate not too interested in partying all the time - I'm looking for someone with an easygoing personality who's reasonably tidy, communicative, and respectful of boundaries.
