Cigarette smoking is allowed in the home, (except for in the bedrooms) and there is a outside deck for your use.
Must be able to climb stairs, unit is upstairs.
You supply your own food, toiletries and laundry supplies.
Must like dogs, I have one small dog, also dog sit part time in the home, so sorry, but no pets of your own.
Must be neat and clean.
No drugs, excessive alcohol use or parties allowed.
Room is furnished with queen bed, dresser, nightstand, Table/Chair, Bookshelf, TV, air conditioned in summer.
Must sign rental room agreement and will be asked to supply references.
