House of 20s f seek similar to fill vacancy, consider a m roommate depending on the individual.
Utilities and wifi included.
No smoking and no recreational drugs inside the house.
No security deposit but first 4 months of rent must be via bank certified check.
After that cash, venmo, bank certified check.
House comes with cats and a dog, no more pets allowed.
This is a first floor bedroom, the only one on the floor, and there is a bathroom right next to it that you would have pretty exclusive use of as we don’t spend much time on the first floor.
There is currently no closet, but there are freestanding hanging racks in the room and a closet is in the works.
We keep a quiet household, no undiscussed parties/large gatherings and one roommate has to be at work by 5am most days, so we try to keep the noise down late at night.
We are friends and we hang out and collectively do things, and we would ideally be looking for someone who fits into our dynamic but it is not required.
