The Scheduling / Sales BDC representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, to include, but not limited to inquires on new and pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and providing general information.
You will be setting sales appointments for customers for the Sales Consultants.

Individuals with experience in hospitality, bartending, insurance sales, call centers, and retail have a high rate of success in this role.

*Scheduling / Sales BDC Compensation:* $37,000- $50,000 ( based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume)
*Schedule: *Full Time and will be a (5) day work week including Saturdays
*Scheduling/ Sales BDC Representative Job Duties and qualifications:*
* Handle all guest inquiries immediately with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with our guests via phone, internet, or text.
* Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, while providing general or related vehicle information.
* Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives.
* Set appointments, following up with any “no show” guests, updating and relaying job statuses to other departments.
* Work in close proximity with other BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.
* Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
* Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
* Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
* Proven customer service track record or clear desire to provide next level customer service.
* Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment.
