Responsibilities:
Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc.
to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc.
, to ensure they buy their next home with us
Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met
Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid U.
S.
driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry
Applicants must have a real estate license
Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
