ABOUT THIS ROLE: The Key Account Specialist will work with our Sales Team to help support one of our largest customers.
This role will be critical to helping manage multiple projects for our customer and working with all teams in our organization.
STATEMENT OF WORK:
Assist Sales Territory Manager in maintaining and nurturing customer relationship.
Support key account by answering inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing timely updates regarding account activities and special projects.
Support the development of projects and strategies to meet customer requests.
Serve as the secondary point of contact for the customer, understanding their needs and requirements.
Supports with the project management of key account activities on the behalf of the organization and customer.
Review technical specifications and drawings related to customer projects to share with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers as needed.
Responsible to work with 3rd party suppliers for materials needed for customer projects and coordinate with internal purchasing teams to obtain required materials.
Helps create reporting materials and presentations for the customer.
Maintains a deep understanding of the product line and customer needs.
Participates in sales calls regarding customer needs and project updates along with Territory Manager.
Maintain production schedules specific to customer projects, including planning, expediting and rework requests and coordinate with production teams.
Create and enter work orders as needed.
Working with the Sales Territory Manager, resolve issues and handle complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Support measurement and analysis of projects and recommend improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
Coordinate and complete special work projects as assigned.
Perform any other task/activity assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the training system.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System.
Responsible for supporting collaborative team initiatives and highlighting Sealing Devices SCORE Values in daily work activities.
Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members.
Salary range for this role is $70,000 - $82,500.

What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
2-5 years of manufacturing sales/customer support experience
Proficiency in ERP Software and MS Office Suite, AutoCAD
