Looking for a rent to own or a land contract in Cattaraugus County or surrounding counties.
Would be willing to pay up to 1300 a month.
Would put down first month plus security when we move In.
We would have something written up that all repairs and taxes would be paid by us.
We will even consider a fixer upper.
Looking for atleast a three bedroom but would consider a two bedroom as well.
