The location of the house is very close to Intel, walgreen, safeway, 7/11 and many other different stores that are very convenient there is also a bus stop down the street for public transportation.
There is also parking on the street or on the side of the house.
This private room is available for $1000 plus utilities.
It is a big room and you will also have your own refrigerator.
It is a shared bathroom but there is also half bathroom available downstairs for convenience if occupied.
We have a washer and dryer, stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave available.
There is no air conditioning but we do have air conditioners for the windows available.
Currently we are 2 men living here, we are looking for a 3rd roommate preferably a man.
