Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred attorneys in nine offices, is seeking an *Environmental & Energy Paralegal* to join our busy Environmental & Energy practice in the Buffalo or Albany office.
In this role, you will be responsible with case management including drafting pleadings, discovery (both paper and electronic), trial preparation and participation at trial, tracking and/or managing filings in a regulatory context, whether State or Federal in nature.
This is a hands-on role, suitable for a team member who can work independently, excels at organization, time management and attention to detail.
Professional customer service skills are essential to meet the needs of an external and internal client base.
Bachelor’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies, with a minimum of three years of full-time experience in litigation and/or environmental & energy.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo or Albany is $58,000 to $71,200.
