*Office Administrator / Title Clerk*
The Office Administrator / Title Clerk serves a critical role in Conway Beam’s vehicle sale transactions and fleet maintenance.
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least one year related professional administrative support experience
* Notary Public is a plus
* Prior DMV experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Must demonstrate strong communication, telephone and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work tasks
* Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures
* Accounting tasks as needed
* Ability to analyze and solve problems
* Ability to send/receive email messages, post information to a database or spreadsheet, perform basic word processing and/or data entry, and complete routine paperwork
* Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to learn other software systems.
* Ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
* Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
