*Qualifications/Requirements:*
· Juris Doctor Degree Required
· Admitted to practice in New York State
- Experience drafting legal correspondences, pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery demands, and responses.
- Fluent understanding of electronic filing via NYSCEF.
· *Reliable, hardworking, and motivated.

*Attorney Responsibilities:*
* To do legal research and draft legal demands and summons and complaints for both inside and outside counsel.
*Shift:*
· Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
