, a pioneering, Buffalo-based, boutique, personal injury law firm seeks an experienced civil litigator to join its growing, cooperative, plaintiff practice.
Our firm’s diverse injury practice covers all aspects of injury law, including: car crashes; municipal actions; motorcycle accidents; trucking accidents; slip-and-falls; and construction accidents.
An associate attorney will be able to handle all aspects of an injury claim from intake to resolution, through effective communication with clients and staff, investigation, research, settlement negotiation, ADR and/or litigation.
Qualifications: Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar, with a minimum of five (5) years in the practice of law, and a background representing a combination of any of the following areas of experience: * Civil litigation * Trial practice, * Pre-suit settlements, * Accident or injury law, * Cultural competency, * Research and writing, * Communication, * Empathy, * Motivation and drive, * Or previous employment in insurance defense Compensation and benefits: A qualified candidate will be considered for a base salary range of $80,000 - $120,000, plus a generous bonus structure, commensurate with experience.
The chosen candidate will be eligible to contribute to the firm’s 401k plan after 1 year of employment, with employer matching.
